Each controller can be operated locally or remotely through our software with screens that emulate the controller operations. BE+ provides a direct interface to legacy controllers from B. Braun, Sartorius, NBS, Eppendorf, Applikon, DASGIP, BioEngineering, and others.

A Real Data Historian
BE+ includes seamless integration into SQL databases like SQL Server, Oracle, and mySQL. In addition to storing all the sensor feeds, the historian can read and store live data from your mass spectrometer and other on-line and off-line devices. Our customizable trend charts can show live data and historical data together.

Recipes & Recipe Management
Batch Expert+ utilizes Sequential Function Charts (SFCs) along with a comprehensive recipe system and library to allow you to build and operate complex, multi-level recipes. Recipes can ramp values, wait for times and/or sensor data, and make decisions based on any variable within our system.

Intelligent Alarming & Alarm Management
You determine who is notified and when. Notification can be based on equipment assignments, shifts, schedules, rosters, organism, or other parameters. Rules can be set up to determine escalation. Alarms are visible on-screen, while an escalated alarm can be sent as a text message, email, or phone call.

Improve Your Yield and Production
Better access to all of your data means you can dig deeper into the process and increase yield. Enhanced data access allows you to discover hidden problem areas. Built into BE+ is the flexibility to define and view Key Performance Indicators (KPI), customize screens and charts, and view large volumes of data over any period of time. You can start multiple batches simultaneously on any number of vessels and monitor each individually and as a group.
